            Together with this letter, we infrom you that our order electronic package shipment has arrived on time. However, after we checked, there was damage to several electronic that you send.

Such damage can we explain as follows:

1. One units damaged Netbook.

2. One units of Laptop is not working.

3. Three units damaged Printer.

As evidence, such damaged goods we send back to you for review and your concern.

We hope we did not order the goods were demaged like this again in the future because this is hurting our company’s commercial rate. If you repeat this mistake a second time, we were very sorry to have to decide a cooperative relationship that has existed so far.
